This 90-minute class is part of our Wellness Coaching Program. Attendees of this class are not required to be enrolled in the Wellness Coaching Program although enrollment has shown to tremendously encourage, support, and improve lifestyle changes. These lifestyle changes result in radical transformations when the right dedication and supports are engaged.

Success Stories in the Making allows attendees to explore both internal and external factors impacting the end desired result…… a successful life.  Together, our facilitator and attendees will explore, identify and address barriers to a success story. If you or someone you know are not extremely or entirely happy with where you are in your life – this may be the best way to invest 90 minutes of your life. What do you have to lose?
